Extra bed or crib + high chair: € 4 per night;
Breakfast: € 15 for adults; € 7.50 for children (between 4 and 12 years old);
Heating: € 4 per cubic meter (for Casina and Glicine apartments, however, heating is already included in the price).

If you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 41 days up to 20 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
If you cancel from 19 days up to 1 day before arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
If you no-show you will be charged 100% of the total cost.
